Insolvency Proceedings

Insolvency Proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code is the best way to maximise asset value. The code is largely creditor friendly with collective proceedings empowering a committee of creditors to make commercial decisions for the resolution of corporate debtor. Our Firm is fully geared to advice clients on various aspects relating to their reorganisation and insolvency resolution. Arbitration Proceedings

If contract between the parties has an arbitration clause, arbitration can be initiated and conducted in India. Civil Court Action
